The only change to the 13 teams is Tiago Monteiro's Ocean Racing outfit taking over the BCN entry.
The season will begin at the first European Formula One round of the year at Catalunya in May. That will be the first of nine rounds in support of F1 in Europe before the season finale at the new Algarve circuit in Portimao, Portugal in September.
